“Creating a Strategic Discontinuity in the CX domain”
The inaugural version of Tech Ecosystem Meet, TEM 1.0 2024 was an attempt to create a forum to promote collaborative value chains across companies offering complimentary technology solutions in the cloud and AI applications domains. The positive response to TEM 1.0 from the participants with respect to the format was overwhelming and we are humbled.
In the second edition of the Tech Ecosystem Meet (TEM 2.0), we intend to foster a Full Stack Ecosystem for the VoiceAI community that will be at the forefront of the emerging strategic discontinuity playing out in the Customer engagement (CX) space in the coming years.
TEM 2.0 envisages to promote collaborative value chains for facilitating adoption of VoiceAI use cases. The participants will include professionals from the BFSI and NBFC organisations, VoiceAI startups, Telephony stack vendors, Data centres, telecom service providers, Technology consulting firms, Systems Integrators, Venture capitalists and industry experts. We look forward to meeting you at the event.
